FOI request (FOIR-125339915)

I have been informed by Wealden in a response to an FOI that HBC were the body responsible for Building Control until the handover to Wealden in April 2017 https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/building_control_documents_and_c#incoming-1384461 :

"Prior to April 2017, the Building Control function for the Hastings area was administered by Hastings Borough Council. From April 2017 onwards, responsibility was transferred to the East Sussex Building Control Shared Service, a service which is based at Wealden District Council and which administers Building Regulations for the Wealden, Eastbourne, Rother and the Hastings areas.

Any records held that span the time frame of your request, from 2012 up to the end of March 2017 would be records held by Hastings BC and any request for the release of that information  would be for Hastings BC to provide. "

I request the following information under EIR:

1. All Building Control documents relating to Rocklands Caravan Park Rocklands Lane Hastings TN35 5DY for the period 2017 to date.

2. All correspondence relating to Rocklands Caravan Park Hastings Rocklands Lane TN35 5DY for the period 2007 to date.

I request the following information:

1. All Building Control documents relating to Rocklands Caravan Park Rocklands Lane Hastings TN35 5DY for the period 2012 to date.

2. All correspondence relating to Rocklands Caravan Park Hastings Rocklands Lane TN35 5DY for the period 2012 to date.

Please take this as a formal request under EIR regulations.

See attached all the information that is held by Hastings Borough Council for FP/13/00112. This appears to be the only Building Control Application for Rocklands Caravan Park from 2012 to April 2017.

We do not hold any drawings for these applications as these were not held in the Acolaid back office system. This application was administered by the Rother and Hastings Building Control Partnership who transferred all their records to the East Sussex Building Control Partnership. 

No records either paper or electronic were returned to Hastings Borough Council when the contract moved in April 2017. Therefore we are unable to provide any copies of drawings or other correspondence.
