A recent information request (2935765 ) to ESCC has established that HBC as landowner has provided ESCC Rights of Way with 2 technical reports to support the closure of the footpaths.

Landslides) Interim Statement 07/02/2018" was not included in a list of 5 reports provided by HBC in an EIR request  titled "List of all reports produced by Coffey 2010 to date for Ecclesbourne Glen Rocklands Hastings Country Park" .  This request was submitted on the 14/10/2017 and finally answered on the 04/07/2018.
