Q1 - Normally one week

Q2 - We do not carry out repairs at the first appointment as we normally have to visit the property and decide what action is required. Only if there is an emergency such as a flood would works be carried out at first visit.

Q3 - None

Q4 - We do not record customer satisfaction records on repairs.

Q5 - Information not held, this is completed by our contractor.
