FOI request (FOIR-118605921)

The Rocklands caravan site licence issued in April 2018 stipulates that:

"Lower Slopes

In the event of significant/material change(s) in the characteristics or extent of the landslide being observed then an assessment of the site shall be undertaken by a competent person. "

I formally request under EIR the following:

Please supply the dates of any assessments carried out following changes in the landslip

Please confirm that HBC holds copies of such assessments

Please supply a list of the documents supplied to HBC for these assessments

Please supply copies of these assessments

Please provide the date of consent given by HBC  for any works as a result of these assessments

Please provide the implementation date for any works carried out as a result of these assessments
