Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding, we have installed a new Freedom of Information system and have experienced a few problems.

We have records of housing completions from April 1991 onwards.

Attached is an extract from the old 2010 Annual Monitoring Report which confirms completions from the 1991/1992 monitoring year to 2009/2010.

Completions from 2004/2005 to 2017/18 (the latest published) can be found online in our current monitoring report in Table 2 on page 6 via the following link: https://www.hastings.gov.uk/planning/policy/localplanmonitoring/
