Unpaid Council Tax

Responded Tue 07 May 2019Would it be possible to request a breakdown of the amount of unpaid / outstanding council tax from the year 2013/14 to present day per council tax year?
A breakdown for the same period for the amount of unpaid council tax that has been written off per council tax year, also the number of prosecutions brought by you between 2013/14 and now for unpaid council tax.
Finally, can I get a break down of % of unpaid council tax per council tax band and type of property eg privately owned, social etc.

The information relating to question 1 and 2 is as at that point in time:
2013 - £1,520,884.67 uncollected £3,421.39 written off
2014 - £1,552,901.44 uncollected £15,149.50 written off
2015 - £1,686,431.98 uncollected £54,449.33 written off
2016 - £1,712,240.01 uncollected £44,408.52 written off
2017 - £2,358,728.88 uncollected £14,766.07 written off
2018 - £2,871,142.30 uncollected £30,978.65 written off
Liability Orders granted for each year are also as at the time, some these may have been withdrawn since issue:

2014: 3,237
2015: 2,788
2016: 1,187
2017: 1,256
2018: 2,394
Hastings Borough Council do not hold any information in relation to the percentage of unpaid council tax.
