Response
Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding.
1. During the last 20 years, Hastings Borough Council have updated the skate park at White Rock Gardens, removing the old wooden skate park and replacing it with a concrete structure in 2010.
2. No Hastings Borough Council owned skate parks have permanently closed during that period.
3. Annual financial records for the maintenance of the skate parks are not held for the period requested as the maintenance is included within a wider maintenance contract. However, current annual maintenance for the skate parks at White Rock Gardens and Wishing Tree is around £5400 per year.
