1.Council Tax2,308 between 01.04.2018 & 31.03.2019, all passed to Rossendales, Enforcement Agents, however 2,044 were sent on a Pre-Compliance basis which means after Court they are passed to Rossendales where they are given the option to pay in full within 14 days or make an arrangement by completing and returning a Financial Statement sent with the Pre-Compliance letter within 7 days.Business Rates236 between 01.04.2018 & 31.03.2019, of which 210 were on a Pre-Compliance basis (same as above)Housing Benefit overpayments31 passed to Rossendales, Enforcement Agents, and 1 passed to Sheriffs Bailiffs.Parking334 cases referred to Equita between 01/04/18 to 31/03/19Commercial Rents1 x Court bailiffs were instructed but de - instructed as directed by the Courts 2 x External enforcement (Sheriffs office)1) No.2) No, but Rossendales send Financial Statements with Pre-Compliance Letters, as above3) No.4) We don't exclude customers in receipt of Council Tax Reduction, although we can cancel bailiff action if we can do an attachment of benefit order.5) No. -
