Regarding Video management system

Responded Thu 23 May 20191. How many fixed CCTV cameras (i.e. permanently mounted in static locations) do you have and who is the supplier of these cameras? (Ex - traffic enforcement camera)
2. How many mobile CCTV cameras (i.e. cameras that are moveable and can be deployed temporarily in different locations) do you have and who is the supplier of these cameras? (Ex - Body worn camera)
3. Which Video Management System (e.g. Milestone, Gentech, Avigilon, Honeywell (MAXPRO) etc.) do you use to manage your cameras?
4. Who is the supplier of your video surveillance system?
5. For each component, please provide start/end dates and costs of the contracts with each supplier:
a. Fixed cameras
b. Mobile cameras
c. Video Management System
d. Long-term video storage
e. Deployment and integration services (if any)
f. Ongoing support, maintenance and system management (if any)
Response
1. 122 Cameras, supplied through Chroma Vision
2. 4 Cameras held as stock but not used. Purchased through WCCTV
3. All of our fixed CCTV cameras are on the Sussex Police Network which used I-Witness supplied by BT Redcare

5. For each component, please provide start/end dates and costs of the contracts with each supplier:
a. Fixed cameras - 66 cameras at costs of £13,494 per annum, end date September 2019 Plus a further £8,757 contribution for the other cameras as a contribution to Sussex Police
b. Mobile cameras - Not applicable
c. Video Management System - Annual charge from Sussex Police for I-Witness and transmission of £24,578 renewable every April
d. Long-term video storage - Not applicable
e. Deployment and integration services (if any) - Not applicable
f. Ongoing support, maintenance and system management (if any) - Only as per contracts above
