Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-

All Council Tax domestic rate accounts & NNDR Business Rates accounts with a credit balance relating to London & Quadrant and its subsidiaries;

L&Q Housing Trust, L&Q Group, Quadrant Construction, London & Quadrant Housing Associates, L&Q Bexley Homes, L& Q Beaver Homes, L&Q Support Living and any other version of L&Q.

I am aware that all Billing Authorities hold on account sums of money that are due to be returned to tax payers and for a variety of reasons have not been repaid.

Please be advised that GE Associates are instructed by London & Quadrant, Please see our letter of authority attached for your information.

I am requesting a breakdown of credit balances accrued since your earliest records  in an excel format, for the amounts owing to London & Quadrant and its subsidiaries within the authorities billing area, including the following information:

A. The full name of the L&Q business in respect of which account credit balances remain payable.

B. The value of overpayment in each case which remains unclaimed

C. The years(s) in which overpayment was made (IF KNOWN)

D. The property address the credit relates to

E. A write to address and write to company name

F. Please state whether the account is a live/open account or a closed account; if closed the date it closed.

Please provide this information for both Council Tax (Resi) and Business Rates (NNDR)
