I understand that HBC has sought the Natural England Discretionary Advice Service(DAS)  for the proposed solar farms in Hastings Country Park and Lower Wilting Farm.

I request

1. copies of all correspondence to date concerning the DAS.

2. copies of all reports produced by HBC for this DAS 3. Copies of all reports supplied by NE for this DAS

Hastings Borough Council holds no information in respect of this request.

Hastings Borough Council has not applied to Natural England for the DAS service.
