Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding, we have installed a new Freedom of Information system and have experienced a few problems.

Number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019 (minus voids, spoils, test tickets and warning notices) = 3593

Number of PCNs challenged = 934 of which 791 were online, 130 email and 13 post. 492 were cancelled and 442 were enforced.
