Responded Wed 20 February 2019I am requesting the following information under the Freedom of Information Act.
Not all questions will be applicable to all councils. Please note which questions are based on ownership and which questions are based on funding.
Libraries
1. Please list the libraries that were owned by the council in 2010/11, if possible including their addresses and postcodes
If the council does not hold information for 2010/11 please provide the requested information for the earliest year for which information is held.
2. Please list the libraries that are owned by the council in 2018/19, if possible including their addresses and postcodes
3. Where a facility listed in response to question 1 is not listed in response to question 2, please specify any that were subjected to community transfer
Youth centres
4. Please list the youth centres that were owned by the council in 2010/11, if possible including their addresses and postcodes
If the council does not hold information for 2010/11 please provide the requested information for the earliest year for which information is held.
5. Please list the youth centres that are owned by the council in 2018/19, if possible including their addresses and postcodes

Community centres

Response
Hastings Borough Council (HBC) does not operate any community centres or youth centres ourselves, however the following properties are owned by HBC and leased out as follows:-
1. Southwater Area Community Centre, 1-2 Stainsby Street, St Leonards-on-sea, TN37 6LA - leased to Southwater Area Community Centre Ltd
2. Robsack Centre, Bodiam Drive, St Leonards-on-sea, TN38 9TW - leased to the Fellowship of St Nicholas
3. Hastings Town Childrens Centre, Waterworks Road, Hastings, TN34 1RT - ground lease tenant is East Sussex County Council
