This is a Freedom of Information request for the 'professional analysis'

and 'view of the managers' on the 'ecological and scientific impact' of the proposed solar parks in Hastings Country Park and at Upper Wilting Farm referred to in the 'High Level Business Case for Ground Mounted Solar Arrays' presented to Cabinet on 7th January (see Item 128 here:

Chapter 4 list item d on Page 6 states:

'd. Ecological and scientific impact - The land in question has been subject to ecological and scientific (e.g. archaeological) professional analysis. The view of the managers is that the land identified at upper Wilting Farm and Hastings Country Park is of lower value from these perspectives.'
