Rocklands Date of Site Licence Appeal

In a recent response to a question from the Local Government Ombudsman about the caravan site licence appeal (attached) HBC state that:

“2. Does the Council have a date for the licence appeal yet? If so, when is it?

No, the appeal is stayed until 10 September 2017. Following a case management hearing on 10

July 2017, parties are currently in negotiations to resolve the dispute.”

The 10th September date has now passed.

I have an unknown number of EIR requests/Reviews placed on hold by yourself because of the site licence appeal. The appeal is therefore a matter of legitimate interest to me.

Can you please let me know:

• Whether the dispute has now been resolved.
• Whether a hearing has already taken place or the expected date of the hearing.

If necessary please take this as a formal request under Information regulations.

Q1 - Information not held, this is a question and not a request for recorded information.

Q2 - As above, however I can advise that the hearing has not taken place and we are awaiting confirmation of the expected date.
