The number of penalty charge notices (PCNs) issued in each of the following financial years - 2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17

For each of the financial years above, the number of appeals against penalty charge notices issued within those years

For each of the financial years above, the number of the appeals in question 2 that you accepted/upheld (ie that resulted in the PCN being cancelled)

For each of the financial years above, the number of the appeals in question 2 that you rejected (ie that resulted in the PCN staying in force)

For each of the financial years above, the number of the PCNs in question 1 that you are still chasing for payment

For each of the financial years above, the number of the PCNs in question 1 that you have written off (ie that remain in force, but which you have given up chasing for payment)

On Street enforcement transferred to East Sussex County Council (ESCC) on 1 April 2013. Off Street PCN information has been archived by the parking system. The following figures are for off street (car parks) only. East Sussex County Council enforce on-street parking from April 2013 2013/14 April to March : Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) issued 4113 (minus voids, spoils, test tickets & warning notices) 2014/15 April to March : Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) issued 3388 (minus voids, spoils, test tickets & warning notices) 2015/16 April to March Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) issued 3216 (minus voids, spoils, test tickets & warning notices) 2016/17 April to March Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) issued 3454 (minus voids, spoils, test tickets & warning notices)2.
