Please can you provide me with the following information under the freedom of information Act 2000:-

 On one Excel spreadsheet could you please provide the following information in relation to business rates ratepayers in your area :

(a) Addresses of all hereditaments

(b) The current ratepayer of the property (if a LTD company)

(c) The date the current occupier became liable for the business rates

(c) Any relief the property is currently receiving including, but not limited to  : mandatory, discretionary, small business rates relief, empty rates relief etc

(d) The current rateable value of the property

Can you also please confirm the date that this data was generated from your systems.
