How many employees do you currently have working for you and are any of those employees remote (working from home or not based in the office)?

What software do you use for your accounting and budgeting?

Q1 - 361 employees of which 11 work from home on a permanent basis. Q2 - No major organisational changes have taken place in the last 18 months. Q3 - We are constantly updating IT hardware.Q4 - Agresso. Q5 - The council processes an average of 13,000 purchase orders per calendar year. Q6 - "Document Managed System" is used with very limited physical filing. Q7 - We have an in-house IT service. Q8 - Hastings Borough Council do not own any Housing Stock, this was transferred to 1066 Housing Association in 1996 as part of LSVT (Large Scale Voluntary Transfer)The Council operates a 'Social Lettings Agency' of which there are 49 leased units. Q9 - At this point in time, we do not have a Direct Service Organisation (DSO) or Direct Labour Organisation (DLO). I would have said we do not have a trading organisation although, as provided above, it operates a Social Lettings Agency of which there are 49 leased units. Q10 - Hastings Borough Council manages its own public buildings and spaces, although these are small in number and include its Town Hall, Muriel Matters House (its main operational building), Museum and Arts gallery, Seafront promenade, car parks, parks and gardens and one or two other outposts within its boundary.
