I would like to know, please, how many postal votes for last month's General Election were received by the council for the Hastings and Rye parliamentary constituency AFTER the deadline for their return, and were therefore not counted.

In addition, I would like to know how many postal votes received BEFORE the deadline were not counted in the final tally; please also provide a breakdown of the reasons for their non-inclusion (e.g. missing signature).
