Can Hastings Borough Council Provide all documents in regard to Planning Matters

Can you please provide all reports from Natural England which Natural England has sent to Planning Applications since 2013 that carry the British kite mark and the reference to British Standard BS42020:2013 Code of Conduct for Biodiversity of its advisor making this comment on Planning Applications as a consultee.
