1. How many automatic wash/dry toilets your authority provided by way of Grants for Disabled Home Adaptations in 2016/17?

2. How many automatic wash/dry toilets your authority provided for your own housing stock in 2016/17

If you no longer manager your own housing stock will you please advise me of the details of the organisation your housing stock was transferred to.

Response

1. There were 174 Disabled Facilities Grants approved within the financial year 2016/2017 which were classified as bathroom/shower adaptations. We do not record down to that level which ones had wash/dryer toilets. If they did it would have been classed under this.

2. We do not have our own housing stock. Our council housing stock was transferred in 1996 as part of a Large Scale Voluntary Transfer (LSVT) to 1066 Housing Association, which then became Amicus Horizon. Amicus Horizon merged with Viridian Housing in May 2017 they are now known as Optivo https://www.optivo.org.uk/
