I have previously contacted you regarding contribution payments on a Section 106 agreement in your area. I was hoping you would be able to assist again with confirming whether contributions have been paid on a Section 106.

The agreement is dated 20^th December 2007, and is in relation to "Site of Former 43 Earl Street, Hastings, East Sussex, TN34 1SG".

Response

Application number HS/FA/07/00776, Hastings Borough Council received £1,020 for 'local sustainable access improvement' in financial year 2008/09. The monies were since transferred to East Sussex County Council. This is the only monetary amount on the agreement.
