Student council tax exemption

Can you tell me how many properties were exempt from council tax because of occupation by students in a) 2017/18, b) 2016/17, c) 2015/16, d) 2012/13 and e) 2007/8?
Can you tell me for each of these years, how much the council would have received in council tax revenue from all these properties if the exemption had not been applied?
