The total number of transactions processed in the last 12 months by the pay by mobile (cashless parking) supplier?
Total number of paid for parking sessions in the past 12 months at all council paid for parking locations, including pay & display sessions?
The end date of the current pay by mobile (cashless parking) contract including extension periods that may be available
Which party is responsible for paying the Merchant Fees for the service, If this is the supplier or customer how are the fees charged or re-charged to the council?

Q3 - Our pay & display cash machines do not provide the number of parking transactions
