• The Contract Start Date, Contract Duration, Contract Value, the name of the Current Contracted Provider, and the Typical Outcomes associated with your current Weight Management Programme.

• The Contract Start Date, Contract Duration, Contract Value, the name of the Current Contracted Provider, and the Typical Outcomes associated with your current NHS Health Check Programme.

• The Contract Start Date, Contract Duration, Contract Value, the name of the Current Contracted Provider, and the Typical Outcomes associated with your current Single Point Of Access Referral Hub.

• The Contract Start Date, Contract Duration, Contract Value, the name of the Current Contracted Provider, and the Typical Outcomes associated with any Exercise On Referral Scheme you currently commission

Hastings Borough Council (HBC) does not currently have a Smoking Cessation Programme however we have a partnership currently running with the Health Trainers where HBC staff can access one-to-one support in changing lifestyle habits. They also attend our wellbeing days that can take place up to twice a year. We do not have a weight management programme, NHS health check programme or exercise referral scheme. HBC employees can go direct to their doctor for an exercise referral certificate to access a cheap gym membership locally. Active Hastings are the physical activity provides for the borough and HBC employees can access this along with the general public.
