Following your release of the RH environment audit reports under EIR regulations for all caravan sites in Hastings:

I note that the RH audit reports identify some very serious issues with spacing and life safety risks at Combe Haven Caravan Park.

The audit reports also identify a range of spacing issues and other breaches of conditions at other caravan sites.

For the following caravan sites:

• Rocklands
• Come Haven
• Shearbarn
• Spindlewood

Please provide me with the following information under FOI/EIR regulations.

1. Copies of all correspondence between HBC and East Sussex Fire and Rescue Services concerning these sites since 2010.

Please take this as a formal request under EIR regulations.
