Responded Fri 20 January 2017It is noted that documents required by conditions of HS/TP/16/89 have not been provided on the HBC planning website for this application
Condition 5 states:
“No works shall take place until the applicant has secured the implementation of a programme of archaeological works in accordance with a written scheme of investigation, which has been submitted by the applicant and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The works hereby consented shall be carried out in accordance with the approved programme and a written record of any archaeological works undertaken shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority within 3 months of the completion of any archaeological investigation unless an alternative timescale for submission of the report is first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. “
Please provide copies of the following:
- The written scheme of investigation
- The written record of any archaeological works undertaken
- Any correspondence between the applicants and HBC on this matter
Condition 6 states:
“No development shall take place (including any demolition, ground works, site clearance) until a method statement for works to protected trees as outlined in the Arboricultural Report by Mayhew Consultancy for Rocklands Holiday Park dated February 2016, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The content of the method statement shall include the: a) purpose and objectives for the proposed works; b) details of working method(s) necessary to achieve stated objectives; c) extent and location of proposed works shown on appropriate scale maps and plans; d) timetable for implementation, demonstrating that works are aligned with any identified wildlife constraints; e) persons responsible for implementing the works.”

- The method statement#
- The written approval by HBC
- Any correspondence between the applicants and HBC on this matter
