The total amount spent was actually £51,547.22. this related to 3 invoices.
1 - £45,572.22 Compensation payment to South Eastern Power Networks in respect of ore Valley
2 - £5,800 in Surveyors fees to the Homes & Communities Agency
3 - £175 in relation to court fees
