Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding, we have installed a new Freedom of Information system and have experienced a few problems.

Q1 - Hastings Borough Council (HBC) has 102 disabled spaces in our council owned car parks. HBC do not hold on street parking information, this was transferred to ESCC from 1 April 2013, please visit their website for further information: www.eastsussex.gov.uk

Q2 - Information regarding Penalty Charges Notices issued by Hastings Borough Council only as Hastings Borough Council do not hold on street parking information, this was transferred to East Sussex County Council from 1 April 2013, please visit their website for further information: www.eastsussex.gov.uk
