HBC personal relationships at work policy

Responded Fri 07 September 2018Paragraph 14 of the Officer Code of Conduct (revised April 2017) "Relationship with Others" refers to a "personal relationships at work policy".
I have searched the HBC web site and been unable to find a copy of this document.
Can you please provide me with a copy of the "personal relationships at work policy".
