Number of lifts and lift type (passenger, goods, platform, dumb waiter) that are managed by your authority2. What type of contract the lifts are maintained with - basic (visits only - call outs and repairs charged additionally) or comprehensive (including visits, call outs, repairs and labour)3. Annual maintenance cost for all lifts4. Annual repair cost, in addition to contract amount5. Annual call out cost, in addition to contract amount6. Annual major works costs (refurbishments & installations)7. Annual number of call outs8. When your current contract is due for renewal
