    Lifts

    We are carrying out some research and would like to request the following information, in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act:
    1. Number of lifts and lift type (passenger, goods, platform, dumb waiter) that are managed by your authority
    2. What type of contract the lifts are maintained with - basic (visits only - call outs and repairs charged additionally) or comprehensive (including visits, call outs, repairs and labour)
    3. Annual maintenance cost for all lifts
    4. Annual repair cost, in addition to contract amount
    5. Annual call out cost, in addition to contract amount
    6. Annual major works costs (refurbishments & installations)
    7. Annual number of call outs
    8. When your current contract is due for renewal

    Q1 - 2x Stannah Passenger Lifts
