Q1 - Hastings Borough Council is not a stock holding authority however properties have been leased and managed under the Council's Social Lettings Agency from April 2015.
Under the lease agreements we managed 13 properties in 2015 with additional 36 properties in 2016/2017 bring it to a total of 49 properties.
Lease terminations 2017/2018 7 to date leaving total properties we manage to date is 42.
