For the financial years 2013/14, 2014/15, 2015/16, 2016/17 and 2017/18 could you please provide me with:

• The number of council executive, committee and sub-committee meetings held in private

• The number off successful applications to Chairman of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee to hold a meeting of the council executive, a committee or sub-committee in private without providing 28 days' notice

• The number of times journalists or members of the public have been asked to leave council executive, committee and sub-committee meetings

Please provide the information in an excel spreadsheet or another machine readable format

We do not hold the data in excel or machine readable format. We also do not hold this any of this data privately. Our systems are unable to produce reports that contain all requested data.  All information relating to this request can be found publically on our website at the following address;  https://hastings.moderngov.co.uk/mgListCommittees.aspx?bcr=1  Any customer can search individual committees' agendas to find the privately discussed items. They will not be able to view the details of these but the agenda will indicate that it is a restricted item.   Q1 - We have the following committees at Hastings Borough Council. A customer can click on the links to search for the data they need;

Q2 - Customers can use the above links to find the information they need. Please note we have Chair and Vice Chairs and not Chairman's.Q3 - Customers can use the links to find restricted agenda items. This would be the only point in meetings that members of the public and journalists would be asked to leave.
