FOI-76891398 included a document named "FOI-76891398_redacted.pdf"

This document includes a visit report from an unknown person/company.

"I first visited the Ecclesbourne Glen site on 17/12/2014 and then subsequently on 30/11/2017. Between these two visits my xxxxxx undertook a site inspection on 17/03/2016."

1. I request a copy of any documents produced during the site inspections of 17/12/2014, 17/03/2016 and 30/11/2017.

The document also includes references to a number of figures and photos:

"Figures 5 and 7 and Photographs 9 and 10 (attached) show that material is overtopping a large band of sandstone (? Cliff End Sandstone) which lies above the lower footpath. "

It appears that the document provided is an extract from a larger more comprehensive document. I am afraid I cant ascertain  if this document is the document with a Coffey reference of  02255AG which I have already requested.

2. If the document is not the same as the one already requested then please supply me under EIR with a copy of this larger more comprehensive document.
