FOI request (FOI-73849323)
Adult Social Care
Requested Wed 25 April 2018
Responded Fri 27 April 2018I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
The questions are detailed in the attached spreadsheet and if the responses could be added to this (in the highlighted cells) and returned it would be very much appreciated.
To give some background, the information will be used as part of a Master's degree looking at the effectiveness of financial reporting and performance management of Adult Social Care (specifically from a budget holder's perspective).
Staff Survey
In addition to the data above, it would also be very much appreciated if you could forward on an invitation to your colleagues to participate in a short survey.
The survey is linked to the same study, however as it seeks the opinions of staff it may fall outside the remit of an FOI. Any responses would however be very welcome.
This survey is open to all budget holders and finance/accounting staff involved with ASC budgets and is an opportunity for staff to voice their opinions on the effectiveness of the financial reporting in your organisation.
Data from the responses will be used to determine what types of reporting work well, what doesn't and how processes can potentially be improved. Key findings will be analysed in my dissertation, a copy of which will be made available on the site below.
If acceptable I would therefore be very grateful if this could be forwarded on to any budget holders, service managers or accounting staff (of ASC budgets) who may be interested.
All responses will be completely confidential with no output traceable to a particular individual or organisation. If however anyone would like to leave an e-mail address at the end of the questionnaire it will be entered into a draw to win £100 of Amazon vouchers.
As this a private study with no affiliation to any individual organisation, participation should be done in personal time except with the explicit permission of your manager.
To access the survey staff can click the link below or copy and paste the address into their web browser. Once again, thanks in advance to anyone who is able to share their opinions.
