I am a PhD candidate at the University of Warwick working on a topic related to Spatiotemporal analysis of the commercial properties in England.

I need the starting date of all the commercial properties along with their business name around England. As you may know Ownership file from the Land registry does capture only the leases over 7 years and VOA rateable value data updated date is related to change in use of property but not the user. Also, the start dates in the AddressBase premium data is not accurate.

Do you have a complete dataset with all the commercial properties around Hastings Borough Council with their start date and trading name?
