Children transferred to the UK under the Dublin III Regulation
- Since January 2016 how many unaccompanied children[1]have been transferred to the UK under the Dublin III Regulation to live within your authority's area?[2]
- Of those children at (1) above, how many were transferred to be reunited with:
- Parents or siblings
- Relatives[3] or others (for example cousins
- In relation to those children identified at (1) above, how many:
- Of those children identified at 3 (b), before they ceased to leave with their family member or relative they were transferred to the UK to join, how many:
- Of those children identified at 3(b), after ceasing to live with their family member or relative that they were transferred to the UK to join, how many:
- Are living with the family member or relative they were transferred to the UK in order to join;
- Are no longer living with the family member or relative they were transferred to the UK to join, but were living with them previously;
- Never lived with the family member or relative they were transferred to join.
- Had an assessment of need by your authority under the 'working together to safeguard children' guidance;
- Had no assessment of need by your authority;
- Received financial support from your authority;
- Received any other support from your authority;
- Are, or were, accommodated by your authority;
- Are not receiving, and never have received, any form of accommodation from your authority.
