Responded Thu 29 March 2018I am emailing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I am writing to request information about the Syrian Vulnerable Persons Resettlement Scheme (VPRS).Please send me:- The number of spaces offered by your local council for people arriving under the Syrian Vulnerable Persons Resettlement Scheme (VPRS).
- The number of those spaces that have been filled until now.
Response
Q1 - The number of spaces offered by Hastings Borough Council under the Syrian Vulnerable Persons' Resettlement Scheme is to take 100 individuals by May 2020.
Q2 - So far, as at the end of April 2018, Hastings Borough Council will have resettled 52 persons.
