Missed bin/waste collections

Please see below the total of missed collection reports for all recycling, refuse and garden waste for each year.

We have also divided this up into 'complete' and 'cancelled' so they are better reflected.

Completed means the contractor returned successfully and took the materials requested.

Cancelled means that missed collection was not valid and can be because of a variety of reasons such as (but not limited to); not presented at time of collection, contaminated, not presented upon return, obstruction to sacks/containers etc.

As per request, these are from the first of the calendar year (1 January) to end of December (31 December)

Recycling:
