I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act to request information from Hastings Borough Council. Please can you provide:   *   The number of people in Hastings who are currently in receipt of a War Disablement Pension and receiving a discount on their Council Tax bill.

  *   The number of people in Hastings who receive a Council Tax exemption on the grounds of Severe Mental Impairment.   *   The number of people in Hastings who receive a Council Tax exemption on the grounds of Severe Mental Impairment where War Disablement Pension is recognised as a 'qualifying benefit'.

  *   Does Hastings Borough Council recognise War Disability Pension as a 'qualifying benefit' for Council Tax exemption on the grounds of Severe Mental Impairment?
