Excess heat in council houses

• A list of the council houses owned and managed by this council where category 1 “excess heat” hazards have been identified, but not yet  resolved. 
•  Please provide the date on which the category 1 “excess heat” hazard was originally identified, on each occasion.

Response

Hastings Borough Council carried out a large scale voluntary transfer of its housing stock in 1996 and subsequently only has a relatively small portfolio which is used to provide temporary accommodation.

No properties have been identified as having Category 1 or Category 2 Excess Heat hazards.
