Council Vehicle Fleet Information

Responded Fri 10 July 2026I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding vehicles currently operated by Hastings Borough Council.
I would be grateful if you could provide the following details for each vehicle in the Council's fleet:
Make
Model
Colour
Vehicle Registration Mark (VRM)
DVLA Registration Date (dd/mm/yyyy)
Date of the most recent MOT test, MOT expiry date, or next MOT due date (dd/mm/yyyy)
If any of the requested information is exempt from disclosure, please provide the remaining information that can be released.
For ease of reference, I would appreciate receiving the information in spreadsheet format (such as Excel or CSV) where possible.
