Response
As per the Council update on 30 January 2025 the Biffa contract renewal has been extended to June 2033 covering the Residual and Recyclate Contracts.
Street Cleaning is not contracted out but has been controlled by Hastings Borough Council since 2019 and details of this are in Clean sweep: council run street cleaning services deemed a success
