Responded Thu 16 July 2026Under the Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting the following information:- The number of residential leasehold properties in which Hastings Borough Council are the freeholder.
- Of those properties (1), the number which currently have less than 80 years remaining on the lease.
- Of those properties (1), the number which currently have between 80 and 90 years remaining on the lease.
- Of those properties (1), the number which currently have more than 100 years remaining on the lease.

Answer: 17
2. Of those properties (1), the number which currently have less than 80 years remaining on the lease.
Answer: 1
3. Of those properties (1), the number which currently have between 80 and 90 years remaining on the lease.
Answer: 0
4. Of those properties (1), the number which currently have more than 100 years remaining on the lease.
Answer: 16
