The Inspector’s decision letter clearly refers to the appellant’s appeal submission and final written representations. However, these documents do not appear to be available on the public register, whereas the Local Planning Authority’s Statement of Case has been published.

As these documents were before the Inspector and informed the decision, I would be grateful if you could provide copies of the appellant’s appeal submission and final written representations, or advise where they can be accessed.
