A) What is the total number of residential houses and flats that this local authority currently owns or rents?
B) How many of this local authority’s owned or rented homes are currently fitted with solar panels or other solar technology?
C) How many of this local authority’s owned or rented homes currently score an EPC rating of D, E, F or G?

A) What is the total number of residential houses and flats that this local authority currently owns or rents?
Answer: The council currently manages 232 residential tenancies, which includes houses, flats and HMOs.
B) How many of this local authority's owned or rented homes are currently fitted with solar panels or other solar technology?
Answer: 0 C) How many of this local authority's owned or rented homes currently score an EPC rating of D, E, F or G?
Answer: 78
