Responded Thu 07 May 2026Please could you provide me with data based on how many council houses or semi independent living for young people
(where they have their own residence and have floating staff) and how much availability there is.
If possible include the waiting list length too.

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding.Hastings Borough council carried out a large scale voluntary transfer of its housing stock in 1996 and subsequently only has a relatively small housing portfolio. None of the homes owned by the council are ringfenced for young people or provide semi-independent living accommodation for young people.
