Enforcement of Family Court Orders (Children's Services/Safeguarding) 2024-2025 Year on Year

I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from your Council’s Children’s Services department and/or Local Safeguarding Children Partnership (or Board):

1. How many enforcement cases linked to Family Court orders are currently being pursued through the criminal justice system in which your local authority’s Children’s Services department is actively involved in the related family proceedings?

2. How many individuals are currently incarcerated as a result of enforcement of Family Court orders in cases where your Children’s Services department or safeguarding team is directly involved?

3. For each case currently subject to criminal enforcement or resulting in incarceration, please advise the gender of the person facing charges or serving a custodial sentence (for example, mother, father, or other relative/guardian).

Please provide this information for the last two years 2024 and 2025.
