Would HBC please provide all information held on planning applications received, planning committee agendas, planning committee reports and background papers, planning committee decisions, Council approval of planning committee decisions, Council approval of minutes containing planning committee decisions, and duly signed, witnessed and sealed documents, ratifying all foregoing decisions and bearing the required Common Seal of the borough for each of the following municipal years?

Information goes back to 2002.

NOTICE OF REFUSAL

The information requested in respect planning committee reports ad so on from 1987 - 2002 would require us to manually check each minute book which is stored at our archive and not easily accessible.

This would far exceed the time limit set out by the Information Commissioner. S12 of the Freedom of information Act 2000 provides an exemption from the obligation to comply with a request for information if the estimated costs of complying with that request would exceed the prescribed appropriate limit.

We estimate that the costs of complying with your request would exceed the appropriate limit by a significant amount.

For this reason we feel unable to comply with this request.
