I am researching the preparedness of the council's street scene fleet for moving to zero emission vehicles, along with their strategy for meeting this financially.

I have the following questions that I would like answered please.

1. Is the fleet managed in-house by the council or outsourced to a third party provider?

2. If outsourced, which company has the current contract?

3. If in-house, could you please provide the number of vehicles on your fleet for the following types:

a. Compact Sweepers Diesel

b. Compact Sweepers Electric

c. Chassis Mounted Sweepers Diesel

d. Chassis Mounted Sweepers Electric

e. Gully Tankers Diesel

f. Gully Tankers Electric

g. Cage Tipper Vans Diesel

h. Cage Tipper Vans Electric

4. Which of these vehicles have been purchased by the council as an owned asset?

5. Which of these vehicles have been contract hired by the council. If there are any contract hired, how long are the contracts for (in months)?
